St. Joseph Collaborative currently uses Zeffy as its primary online donation and fundraising platform.
Certain older or previously distributed donation links may continue to use Donorbox.

St. Joseph Collaborative does not directly store or process full credit or debit card information.
Zeffy currently uses Stripe as its payment processor. Donorbox likewise relies on third-party payment-processing services.
Donors may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of Zeffy, Donorbox, Stripe, or another payment provider involved in a particular transaction.
Unless otherwise required by law, stated by the applicable donation platform, or expressly stated for a particular campaign, charitable donations are generally considered final.
If you believe a donation was made in error or have questions regarding a transaction, please contact St. Joseph Collaborative.
We are not responsible for outages, processing errors, security incidents, or other failures caused by third-party payment services that are outside our reasonable control.
